Remembering and Celebrating Loved Ones: Malta House Holds Memorial Mass in Honor of Donors' Loved Ones

Malta House recently held a Memorial Mass to honor the loved ones of their donors. Father Reggie of Our Lady of Fatima in Wilton presided over the service, which was attended by donors, staff, moms and babies, and members of the Board of Directors.

Growing the Mission in a New Home

Opening in fall of 2020, our new home at 139 West Rocks Road in Norwalk will increase our residential capacity by 50% and allow us to grow, serving more mothers and babies and expanding our services.

NORWALK NONPROFIT KICKS-OFF $4 MILLION FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN TO EXPAND SERVICES

NORWALK, Connecticut – A Norwalk organization that has helped more than 600 mothers and babies transition from homelessness to stability and independence is kicking-off a $4 million fundraising campaign to expand its service and assist more women. The nonprofit Malta House, Connecticut’s only transitional living program for vulnerable women and babies over the age of 18, is raising funds to expand into a newly renovated location in Norwalk. Founded in 1998, the organization has already raised nearly $2 million toward its goal.

We welcomed nearly 300 guests to the beautiful Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, CT, and raised almost $300,000 to go toward our mission of providing "hope for life" for homeless, pregnant and parenting mothers and their babies.
