Nursery Supervisor

The Nursery Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation including scheduling, activities, and overseeing maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate is a loving, nurturing person who has strong management skills and the ability to be hands-on and attentive to the needs of the infants and toddlers we serve. A minimum of 3 years early childhood education and management experience is preferred.

Residential Advisor Overnight

The primary responsibility of the Residential Advisor is to assist in all aspects of residential operations and to support the delivery of programs and services in the fulfillment of the mission, in accordance with the principles, policies, and procedures of Malta House. The Resident Advisor provides overnight supervision which includes the maintenance of safe, secure, and healthy housing for expectant and parenting single mothers and their children. This is a ‘wake’ position. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with young adults and at-risk families, has strong administrative skills, and has achieved a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in human services.
