The Director of Nursery/Head Teacher is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the nursery. This includes scheduling and supervising nursery assistants, planning and implementing the education program for the Nursery, as well as providing care to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the babies who attend the Nursery program.
