The House Manager will help provide training, education, support, and leadership and guidance to the residents to assist them with daily activities and help promote and empower these individuals to experience life with confidence and dignity.
More InfoThe primary responsibility of the Residential Advisor is to assist in all aspects of residential operations and to support delivery of programs and services in the fulfillment of the mission, in accordance with principles, policies, and procedures of Malta House. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with young adult and at-risk families, has strong administrative skills, and has achieved a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in human services.
More InfoThe Malta House nursery serves children and toddlers from ages 0-3. The NurseryManager is responsible for the day-to-day operation including scheduling, activities, and overseeing maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate is a loving, nurturing person who has strong management skills and the ability to be hands-on and attentive to the needs of the infants and toddlers we serve. A minimum 3 years’ early childhood education and management experience is preferred.
