Community Services Manager

The Community Services Manager is responsible for providing support services to former Malta House residents and the greater Norwalk community while assisting in fulfilling the Malta House mission to provide “hope for life” for young pregnant and parenting mothers. The Community Services Manager supervises the outreach and volunteer teams and works in collaboration with the program team to provide basic needs, parent education opportunities, and case management to help families achieve their personal goals and maintain independence.

HR Manager (Part-Time)

The Human Resources Manager will contribute to and lead the execution of human resources strategies and tactics to support the needs of Malta House. In this role, the Human Resources Manager will assess the human resources needs in areas such as recruiting, performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, retention, HR programs and policies, and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.

House Manager

The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residents and the supervising and coaching of assigned staff. The House Manager will help provide training, education, support, and leadership and guidance to the residents to assist them with daily activities and help promote and empower these individuals to experience life with confidence and dignity.

Nursery Manager

The Malta House nursery serves children and toddlers from ages 0-3. The NurseryManager is responsible for the day-to-day operation including scheduling, activities, and overseeing maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate is a loving, nurturing person who has strong management skills and the ability to be hands-on and attentive to the needs of the infants and toddlers we serve. A minimum 3 years’ early childhood education and management experience is preferred.

Residential Advisor (Multiple Shifts)

The primary responsibility of the Residential Advisor is to assist in all aspects of residential operations and to support delivery of programs and services in the fulfillment of the mission, in accordance with principles, policies, and procedures of Malta House. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with young adult and at-risk families, has strong administrative skills, and has achieved a minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in human services.
