The Development Manager will serve as a key member of the Development Department. She/He will serve as the main communications creator and the "face" of Malta House with parishes and schools in and around the Norwalk community. Must be donor-centric and culturally sensitive, with excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with young adult and at-risk families, has strong administrative skills, and has achieved a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in human services.
