Development Coordinator

The development coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the development department. This includes data entry and maintenance of department databases and documentation and recordkeeping, provide database reports, assistance with online presence and website upkeep and assisting the Director, as needed.

Manager of Fundraising and Development

The Development Manager will serve as a key member of the Development Department. She/He will serve as the main communications creator and the "face" of Malta House with parishes and schools in and around the Norwalk community. Must be donor-centric and culturally sensitive, with excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Residential Advisor (Multiple Shifts)

The primary responsibility of the Residential Advisor is to assist in all aspects of residential operations and to support delivery of programs and services in the fulfillment of the mission, in accordance with principles, policies, and procedures of Malta House. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for working with young adult and at-risk families, has strong administrative skills, and has achieved a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in human services.
