Lynn has volunteered at the Malta House nursery for about six years. Lynn volunteers at Malta House because she has always been passionate about helping moms and babies. When asked about her favorite thing about volunteering at Malta House, Lynn said, "The babies, of course, and the people in the nursery. They are amazing, so sweet and kind, and easy-going. I also like that the moms are expected to work hard for an education and jobs."

When not at Malta House, Lynn works as the National Office Administrator for American Merchant Marine Veterans, a nonprofit veterans' organization founded in 1984 that seeks to educate and promote the role of the American Merchant Marine, particularly during World War II, in peace and war. Lynn also volunteers for the same organization helping with promotion and outreach; she also volunteers at the Darien Arts Center, running lights for the dance performance and assisting with events for the Darien Sail and Power Squadron to promote education and safety on the water.

In her spare time (does she have any spare time?!) Lynn loves to walk by the beach and at local parks. She also likes to garden, cook, ski, read historical fiction, and sew.‍

Fun fact: Lynn just became a grandma for the first time! Congratulations Lynn!
