Caroline Ruiz has over 20 years of experience in Business Administration, Leadership, Early Childhood and 10+ years as an Executive Director in non-profit and profit childcare centers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Charter Oak State College, has a Head Teacher and Educational Consultant certification from the CT Office of Early Childhood, and will be pursuing her master’s degree in human resources.

She is passionate about providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children and as a dedicated leader, she is committed to fostering a positive and supportive community for her staff and families here at Malta House. She strongly believes in Malta's mission and love’s the chapel as this special place provides comfort, and an inner peace not only for the team members of Malta House but to the young mom’s and their little ones.

Caroline loves to take walks at the beach, praying, going out to the movies and spending quality time with her daughters, son, grandchildren and her dogs named Luna (yellow lab), Sticks (Staffy) and Luckie (bunny).  Caroline is so thankful to God for being part of the Malta House mission and thanks Malta House for the opportunity.
