Sofiya Maslyak serves as the Database Administrator at Malta House, where she supports the organization’s fundraising and donor database operations. Her work includes maintaining accurate donor records, processing and reconciling contributions, supporting fundraising campaigns and events, and helping ensure that donor information is organized and up to date.

Before joining Malta House, Sofiya worked in CRM and quality assurance, where she focused on data accuracy, testing, process improvement, and the successful execution of customer communications and campaigns. This experience has shaped her detail-oriented and organized approach to database management and donor operations.

Outside of her work at Malta House, Sofiya is a photographer and enjoys capturing people, families, and meaningful moments. She also enjoys using her photography skills to support Malta House events and the organization’s work.
