Sean serves as Facilities Supervisor at Malta House and brings more than 30 years of experience in electrical work, construction, maintenance, and facilities operations. A State of Connecticut Licensed Electrical Contractor (E-1), he has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare settings throughout his career.

In his role at Malta House, Sean helps ensure that the organization’s residential and program spaces remain safe, functional, and well maintained. His responsibilities draw on extensive experience in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, preventive maintenance, repairs, project coordination, and workplace safety. He works closely with staff, contractors, vendors, and other partners to address facility needs and support day-to-day operations.

Throughout his career, he has held supervisory and foreman roles and operated his own electrical business for more than a decade. His experience includes coordinating projects, ordering materials, troubleshooting complex maintenance issues, and working with homeowners, contractors, municipal officials, and fellow tradespeople.

Known for his practical, dependable, and solutions-focused approach, Sean brings valuable technical expertise to Malta House and plays an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for the families, children, staff, and visitors the organization serves.
