
Ruth Menard holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western Connecticut State University and an MBA with a concentration in Public Personnel Management. She has dedicated the past nine years to working in the Human Services field.
Ruth’s career began in New York City, where she served the homeless population, gaining firsthand experience in crisis response and supportive housing initiatives. She later served as Director of Programs and Facilities for the City of Milford, where she worked to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
Through her diverse roles, Ruth has developed a deep understanding of program management, client advocacy, and community engagement. She is passionate about caring for others and committed to helping individuals and families build better, happier lives.
