Ruth serves as Deputy Director and Director of Programs at Malta House, bringing more than a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, housing programs, and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Since joining Malta House in 2023, she has held progressively expanding leadership roles, overseeing residential programming, staff development, program operations, compliance, budgeting, and community partnerships. She currently helps lead services supporting more than 36 families each year and has developed relationships with more than 35 community, government, and donor partners.

Prior to Malta House, Ruth served in leadership and housing-focused roles with Beth-El Center and HELP USA, where she managed shelter programs, supported housing placement and case management, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and worked closely with funders and community partners.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Connecticut State University and an MBA with concentration in public personal management. Ruth is bilingual and is committed to creating strong, responsive programs that help families move toward stability and long-term success.
