Each course features a delicious seasonal dish prepared by World Food Champion Winner Chef Carol Koty. Learn about each hand-selected wine that pairs with each course from BevMax Expert and Wine Sommelier. The evening includes music, a holiday ticket auction, and a special Malta House program.
