Jasmin Noel is a Social Services professional who rejoined Malta House as Program Director in February 2019. Jasmin is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, where she received a B.A. in Psychology. Having worked extensively with at-risk adults and families, Jasmin is passionate about providing quality support services to the most vulnerable population in our communities.
Jasmin began her career working with clients with developmental disabilities in a residential setting and went on to manage a Permanent Supportive Housing and Homeless Outreach Center, providing services to chronically homeless and dually-diagnosed individuals. As a rejoined member of the Malta House staff, Jasmin is excited about helping to fulfill the organization’s mission to provide hope to pregnant and parenting mothers and their children.
It is her philosophy that every person has incredible potential to thrive, in even the most adverse circumstances. As a dedicated family and community advocate, Jasmin is committed to the success of her clients and affecting change in the greater community.
