“Celebrity” Waiter Responsibilities for Casual Friday Dinner:

• Invite your network of friends, colleagues, and anyone who might like to learn about the mission of Malta House AND get waited on by you!
• Arrive at St. Ann Club at 6:00pm on Friday, February 9th, for “training” (overview of evening’s program / dinner service)
• Serve “family style” meal (salad, pasta, chicken, dessert) to assigned table(s)
• Re-fill carafes of wine; beer as necessary
• Eat and mingle with guests
